When I Grow Up.... I'll be a crafter?

Good Evening!

Today after I went to the library and stole some music for my Sansa... I came home, read my e-mail, looked at a t-shirt on my floor that I've always adored and realized that I keep wearing that t-shirt because I love the design on it; and I keep wearing it even though it's too small. Here is the shirt:

I believe that Sister Sarah actually bought this shirt at a Ross in Idaho, during the trip we took with Bethie and Mr. Ethan in 2006 (a.k.a. the vacation in which all the butterflies died.). Then I also realized that I happen to have 9 yards of black cotton laying about from a toga party I went to last year.

I'm sure there is a picture of my wearing it some place, I just can't seem to find it. :-) Anyways, with these too pieces of supply I started to feel crafty... I have never made a... well an anything with success before so I went in to my crafting endevor comepletely expecting to fail. Soooo I decided to make a tote bag, I grabbed my craft supplies, my fabrics, and my sunny disposition and started on my way... no pattern... Please enjoy my craft excursion which I decided to record through the magic of digital photography.






During this bit of time I was talking to Ang on the phone.... soo... no pictures.... but here's what I made while I was talking to her!





And now, various pictures of me trying to show off how awesome my bag is... Some more hilarious than others. =-)
